Caroline started Fitz-Roy and Associates in 2010 as a way to bring together her unique work experiences and support mission-driven organizations. She spent the early part of her career working as a Recruiter for Fortune 500 companies including Gap Inc., Charles Schwab and Genentech. In 2005, Caroline made a shift to find mission-driven work. She led a program for the New York City Department of Health, where she recruited school leaders to implement wellness policies in elementary schools in the Bronx, Harlem and East Brooklyn. In 2007, she returned to the Bay Area to join Revolution Foods — a social enterprise dedicated to providing healthy food in schools across the US. Ever since, she’s been engaged to conduct multiple levels of leadership searches for mission-driven organizations.

Brooke works with healthtech and nonprofit clients at all stages. Prior to recruiting, she spent nearly a decade in the social work field. That experience - working directly with children and families - gives her a unique skillset to understand the clinical space. She has a strong passion for clinical recruiting and has helped hire clinicians, physicians and leadership teams within the healthtech startup space. She specializes in full cycle recruiting and enjoys building connections and relationships with both candidates and clients. Brooke has been working with Caroline since 2018.
Originally from the Midwest - Brooke now lives in sunny Arizona with her family. She has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology Masters in Infant and Family Practice.

Nicole has over the past 15 years, I've been lucky to work with and lead teams at innovative companies focusing on talent, operations, customer service, and training and development (including Small Door, SoulCycle, Rent the Runway, and WeWork).
Nicole is generally thinking a few steps ahead and acting as a creative problem solver. I ask questions, actively listen, and care about the people that I work with and everyone that comes in contact with my business. I value logical thinking; building trust; expressing gratitude; transparency; and honest conversations and feedback. I exude empathy, like to make working fun, take risks and am always learning.
